I was recently at the Sushi Bar for lunch.
The choices were limited and no shell fish.
The chef was not forming the sushi, but placing the piece on the top of rice with chop sticks. Hot towel in the pouch wasn't hot.
Green tea with a tiny bag was served in the pot, unlike poured from the tea pot into the cup by servers.
Sushi was okay, but not good and not tasty.
It was a sort of Americanized Japanese sushi restaurant.
