If you're in a dining rut, try a new neighborhood!
I went to Venice and had dinner at Barnyard. The food was good.
And nothing will make you appreciate the commuting convenience and uber cost efficiency of your geographically narrow little dining rut like trying to get all the way out to Venice.
Jonathan Gold on Barnyard: "It is perfect food on that breezy patio, arranged just so, effortless."
Angus Burger + Fries (very spicy!)
Avocado, Sorrel, Feta Salad
Grilled Half Chicken
Jonathan Gold: "The grilled half-chicken, skin tart with citrus and reduced vin santo, is almost impossibly juicy, one of the better chickens in town..."
