{obsessed with} Fever Tree Ginger Ale

At The Village Idiot, there's a mixed drink called the Ginger Tops — 1903 Lager "topped" with a splash of Fever Tree Ginger Beer. The first time I tried the combination, I fell in love with the ginger beer part.

But the Fever Tree Ginger Beer on its own is a little too strong, even for me.

So straight up, Fever Tree Ginger Ale is what's what.

Apparently, the Fever Tree products are awesome enough to be "served in 7 out of the top 10 restaurants in the world — including El Bulli in Spain, the Fat Duck in the UK..." And now, making the cut into the Casa Kitchen.

Fever Tree Ginger Ale and Ginger Beer

available in this area, it seems, only at BevMo

The first time I had Fever Tree was  down in Del Mar at a fun, little place called Sbicca - The bartender made us his special mule -- Jameson, Fever Tree and fresh lime in a copper mug. Been dreaming about it ever since. And yes, for some reason the copper mug made a difference ;)
