Sticky. Slimy. Overly salty. When I looked up at the chalkboard, thought perhaps we got a gluten-free pasta (not that gluten-free is bad, but...I will have more words on that another day). Now I don't really know the intricacies of authenticities of pasta from here or there, but I do know what tastes good (to me) and...potential.
