The versatility of this stuff is great. I've used it as a substitute for or complement to the sugar/simple syrup in many cocktails (especially gin), and the results are usually wonderful.
My favorite thing to do with St. Germain, though, is mix a healthy dose with a good club soda over ice - simple, refreshing, and delicious :]

1 part St. Germain
1 part champagne
splash of sparkling water
