Gochujang Dressing Recipe

Deep, spicy dressing made with gochujang, Korean red chili pepper sauce, garlic, soy, and sesame oil for salad, noodles, and even as a dip.

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup gochujang
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon tamari or soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons neutral oil like avocado oil or grapeseed oil
  • filtered water to thin consistency/texture
  • optional: upto 1 tablespoon sweetener like sugar or honey

Instructions

  • Whisk together all of the ingredients in a small mixing bowl until combined.
  • Add water 1 tablespoon at a time until the dressing has the pourable consistency of salad dressing.
