Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing Recipe

The perfect sweet tart dressing that doubles as a dip, sauce, and even marinade. Only four ingredients and five minutes!
Pro-tip: If there are aturally sweet ingredients in your salad like apples, pears, or dried fruit, cut the amount of maple syrup in half to make it less sweet!

Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest from 1 large or 2 small small/medium lemons
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ¼-⅓ cup avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt plus more to taste

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients, in a small bowl and whisk together until emulsified. Alternatively, place all ingredients in a mason jar, cover securely with lid and shake until well combined.
  • Lemon Vinaigrette will keep in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.
