Place ½ cup whipped cream cheese, ½ cup yogurt, zest and juice from 1 lemon, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives and 2 tablespoons chopped dill in a large bowl. Mix to combine. Optionally, you can blend everything together in a food processor.
Add 8 ounces hot smoked salmon and fold in, breaking up any overly large flakes of salmon.
Taste and season with sea salt if needed.
Transfer Smoked Salmon Dip to serving bowl and garnish with chopped chives, dill sprigs, and caviar if using.
