Ingredients

  • ¼ cup doenjang, Korean fermented soy bean paste
  • 2 tablespoon gochujang
  • 2 cloves garlic finely minced (about 1 teaspoon)
  • 1 stalk of minced green onion
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1-2 tablespoons water to thin the sauce for texture

Instructions

  • Stir together all ingredients in a small bowl until well combined. Transfer to serving bowl and garnish with additional toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
