Instructions
Place white beans, garlic, lemon zest and juice, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a food processor and blender. Process until smooth.
Add 1 tablespoon crushed ice and process until ice is blended into the puree. If the White Bean Dip is a smooth, thick texture you like, it's done and ready to serve. If you'd like to make it smoother and/or thinner, continue adding crushed ice 1 tablespoon at a time until the White Bean Dip is the texture you like.
Stir in chopped fresh herbs if using.
Transfer White Bean Dip to serving bowl. Drizzle with a little more olive oil and garnish with additional chopped fresh herbs if using.
