Ingredients

optional:

  • 1-4 tablespoons water for viscosity

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl, food processor or blender. Add water 1 tablespoon at a time until the dressing is a pourable consistency—I almost always end up using 4 tablespoons!
  • Transfer dressing to glass jar with tight-fitting lid.
  • Dressing will keep in refrigerator for five days. It may separate while in fridge, just give it a good shake before serving.
