    Salmon Cobb Salad Recipe

It's not that a Cobb Salad is bad for you...

But salmon makes it really, really good for you.

Salmon "Cobb" Salad: seared salmon to stand in for chicken and smoked salmon to replace the bacon. Everything else is the same: avocado, blue cheese, chives, 7-minute hard boiled eggs, tomatoes, arugula and parsley as greens, and red wine vinaigrette.
