2+ Weeks Before Thanksgiving - Freezables

  • Make Mushroom Gravy, Cranberry Sauce, and any homemade broths and freeze.

1 Week Before Thanksgiving

    2 Days Before Thanksgiving

    • Make Pomegranate Salsa, Italian Salsa Verde, Apple Cider Vinaigrette, and Anchovy Vinaigrette

    1 Day Before Thanksgiving

    • Remove Mushroom Gravy and Cranberry Sauce from freezer to refrigerator to thaw overnight.
    • Bake Pumpkin Pie and Pumpkin Butter Mochi.
    • Wash and slice all vegetables for Caviar Service and Smoked Salmon Platter
    • Wash and shred greens and vegetables except apples for Salads and Brussels Sprouts
    • Wash, cut, and boil sweet potatoes.

    Thanksgiving Day

    • Make Classic Roast Turkey.
    • Assemble salads.
    • Once turkey is finished roasting, roast the Salmon.
    • Make Sweet Potatoes, Brussels Sprouts, and Mushrooms.
    • Assemble Caviar Service and Smoked Salmon Platters immediately before serving.
